Complaints Resolution Process
All complaints will be recorded in an active log detailing contact information of the complainant, nature of the complaint, and correspondence. Complaints will be reviewed by the Site Supervisor and any other party that requires input (i.e. Turbine Maintenance, Third Party Contractor) and proper mitigation will be implemented where possible.
